• 19.00: Reception sponsored by the City of Nuremberg in the “Ehrenhalle” (ground floor)
• 19.30: Food and drinks in the Historic Town Hall “Historischer Rathausaal” (first floor)
• approx. 23.00: End of the day

Admission: Your name badge is your admission ticket, please bring it with you. (You will receive your name badge at the registration desk in the morning).

Dresscode: no dresscode

Note: It is is a purely outdoor event and we will have a approx. 20 min. walk from the Bergkirchweih back to the parking lot of our buses: Therefore, we recommend sturdy shoes and, if necessary, rainproof clothing (the weather forecast is currently alternating between rainy and sunny for Erlangen on that day).

• Facilities: If required, a Laptop (MS Windows) will be provided for all oral presentations. If you want to use the laptop, please bring your presentation on a USB flash drive. Please be sure to arrive at your session during the preceding break and introduce yourself to the session chair.

• Setup: Posters can be set up at 16:00 on thursday according to your poster number.
• Dismantling: Please take your poster back with you immediately after the poster session.

• 15.30 - 16.00: Setup your poster according to your poster number.

Payment can only be made by bank transfer. Other payment methods like credit card, Paypal etc. are not possible.

The invoices are issued by Forschungszentrum Jülich (HI ERN is a branch of it). You will receive your invoice within a few days after registration via email. Here you will find all necessary information for payment.

Please quote in payment and queries the Invoice-No. and Customer-No., which you both find on your invoice.
